For once, would like to kill someone

This doesn’t really involve me at all but a colleague of mine who doesn’t work in the same department as I am. She used to work as a singer in  jazz club before she got the job and it was in her resume so her former boss knew but her new boss, a man in his early 40’s seems to have taken this in a bad way. Ever since he learned she was a former singer in a jazz club, he had never missed a day criticizing the way she talks, walks, dresses (which was very businesslike as demonstrated in her always wearing a coat and below the knee skirts).

She was always on time for her deadlines, well she did missed two, but it was well-reasoned out as she was hospitalized for 2 days for her sugar level.  What does he have against a former jazz singer?  She swore she didn’t knew him from somewhere and he was from another state and my friend hasn’t been out of New York all her life and his work background had never placed him anywhere in the Big Apple.

My friend is thinking of quitting and is crying everyday as he is getting too much too handle.  The worst thing was, her boss hardly knows how to manage them as all he does was sit at his office and rarely gives them leadership. He was hired to train them but all he managed to do was to point out how bad she was for the job.

Ugh, it makes me sick.
